This image of San Francisco is composed of 22 individual shots taken at 560mm before sunrise on an overcast morning. I was standing on the Southeast corner of Jones and Pleasant Streets. Pleasant Street is only one block long, and is located between Sacramento and Clay. The salmon building on the left was across the street from me and the house with the tree was about half way down Pleasant, but the long lens telescopes the scene. San Francisco is a city of bay windows, the the overhanging one on the left of this image is a good metaphor for how various areas of the City overhang other areas, creating strange visual tableaus.
